Hicon technology

Every Hicon chair combines four engineering choices that together deliver long-session comfort.

Class 4 gas lift

We only ship chairs with TÜV Süd-certified Class 4 gas lifts — the highest safety rating, rated for 120 kg continuous load. Cheap chairs use Class 2 or unrated lifts that sag within 6 months.

Multi-density foam

Cold-cured high-density foam (55 kg/m³ minimum) on the seat, lower-density resilient foam on the back. This combination prevents the "sinking" feel of single-density chairs while remaining supportive for 8+ hour sessions.

Aluminum 5-star base

Our Apex, Hyper and Dynamo series use forged aluminum bases tested to 1,135 kg static load. Nylon bases (used by most competitors) crack under shock loads — we don't ship those.

4D armrests

Adjustable on four axes (height, depth, width, angle). Locks in place — doesn't drift during use. PU-padded surface, won't peel after a year of forearm contact.
