Dutch page Test Seyf Dutch sss. You have 30 days from delivery to return your unused Hicon chair for a full refund — no questions asked.
Conditions
- Chair must be in original packaging, unused and undamaged.
- All accessories (armrests, screws, manual) must be included.
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item was defective on arrival.
How to start a return
- Email returns@hiconchairs.com with your order number.
- You'll receive a return label and instructions within 1 business day.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the returned chair.
If the chair arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping and ship a replacement same-week. See guarantee policy for warranty terms beyond 30 days.
